📋Create “Village Aid receipt register” and “Family Relief material receipts card” based on Ration Card: it is just a suggestion… field realities may be different…
1. “Village Aid receipt register” in this all volunteers and NGO can enter the aid given. Once enough aid material is equally available for all families the village elders/youth clubs may distribute to family by entering in “Family Relief material receipts card”
2. Distribute relief material based on
“Family Relief material receipts card” based on Ration Cards
3. As there can be cases where some villages or parts of villages do not get relief aid and some may get more than required.
4. Also repeat distribution of same material can be avoided.
5. If such card is not available one can be prepared and given by your team and you…
6. Post disaster some new family may emerge… take care of it.
7. Take NGO rubber stamps.

Construction Tips:How to safeguard Corrugated sheets in cyclone prone area. புயல் காலங்களில் பிளாஸ்டிக் மற்றும் தகர தகடுகளை காத்துக் கொள்ளும் வகையில் வீடுகளை கட்டிக் கொள்ள ஆலோசனை.
1. Ensure that Mason or Capenter is using bolt and nuts only to fix sheets.
ஷிட்டுகளை பதிக்கும் போது போல்டு நட்டுகளை மட்டுமே பயன்படுத்தவும்
2. In case of edge’s, try to use small cut sheets. ஓரங்களில் சிறிய சிறிய ஷிட்டு துண்டுகளை பயன்படுத்தவும்.
3. Don’t use regular 1:4 ratio plaster mix but use 1:7 mix so that you can remove it easily when cyclone comes and save the sheets. சிமெண்ட் கலவை பயன்படுத்தும்போது முடிந்தவரை ஒன்றுக்கு ஏழு கலவையை பயன்படுத்தவும் அப்போதுதான் அதை காலத்தில் எளிதில் உடைக்க முடியும்
4. In those 1:7 paster mix, apply chemical coating to avoid seepage. ஒன்றுக்கு ஏழு கலவையை பயன்படுத்திய இடங்களில் கெமிக்கல் பூச்சு செய்து நீர் கசிவை தடுத்துக் கொள்ளவும்.
